What is a TMS?

Transaction Management Systems (also called TMS) can have features that vary greatly among different technology vendors. While most vendors offer certain basic functionalities such as contact management and calendaring, the VOBRE TMS is actually an online collaboration platform that permits all transaction participants to work together on a transaction in order to expedite the closing of the transaction.
