report and automatically import all
liabilities into the online loan
application. This is a timesaver for borrowers,
as they won’t need to spend hours gathering
all their credit card statements, auto loan
statements or mortgage statements. It
also
saves time for you because you will receive a
complete and accurate loan application the
first time around. Plus, your borrowers now
have a copy of the
credit report, eliminating the need for you
to make one for them.
Automated
Underwriting
After your borrower completes the web-based loan application through the
proprietary loan application wizard, the
application is run through an automated underwriting engine,
which follows
standard lending industry underwriting
guidelines. You now can be confident that you
have a complete and qualifying loan
application that is ready to begin processing.

Integration with
Major LOS Systems
If you wish, you can import the loan
application directly into your existing LOS.
The application that is completed online by
our loan application wizard can
be exported directly to your LOS or to a
lender's website as either Fannie Mae 3.0 or
3.2 or MISMO XML file format.
Disclosures to Your
Borrowers in Real Time
Make the loan application process more safe
and efficient by having your borrowers print
the completed loan application, schedules,
disclosures, and loan conditions directly
from their own computer. The documents
are obtained by the borrower through a
secure website whereas emailed documents are not
secured.
Barcode Faxing and
Document Management
Have your borrowers and third parties give
you supporting documents in digital form.
All they do is fax the documents
using the proprietary bar code fax
coversheet. The documents are converted into
.pdf files and saved directly into the
correct folder in the transaction file.
You can then access these documents form
anywhere, anytime®.

Ratesheets
We have designed a one of a kind
system that allows you to give
to your lenders unique email
addresses, which they can use to
email to you your rate sheets.
The emailed rate sheets will
then be automatically posted
into your Virtual Office Builder
TMS.
