What are Announcements?
Announcements are stylized and formatted emails that you
can send to other agents, clients, leads, or any other
individual in your TMS Contact Manager. You can send an
Announcement to one person or thousands of people at the
same time. All you need to do is select the recipients
from your TMS Contact Manager.
Sending an Announcement is a great way to not only
market a property but also to market yourself. You show
a higher level of professionalism not only to your
client but also to your fellow agents.

Announcement
Customization
You have the ability to customize the content and
the look and feel of your Announcements. You
control the following:
Color
Scheme and Logo
Your Announcement will have the
same look and feel as your Transaction Management
System. You can set the look and feel of your TMS in
your user preferences. Many company templates and
logos already exist in the system. You can
always upload your own logo.
Announcement Header
Your Announcement will have a title bar or header that
will not only appear at the top of the Announcement but
also will be in the subject of the email that the
recipients receive. To learn more about Announcement

Photo on Announcement
If you want a photo on your Announcement, you can either
upload a photo, use your Virtual Office Builder
Headshot, or select a photo from your Virtual Office
Builder Website or Virtual Tour.
Your Contact Phone Number
You indicate whether or not you have a contact number on
your Announcement, and you indicate which number you want
if you choose to have one.
Website Link
If you want a link to a website on the Announcement,
you can select to use your Virtual Office Builder
Website or choose to type in another link to a website.
Virtual Tour Link
If you want a link to a virtual tour on the Announcement,
you can select to use your Virtual Office Builder Virtual
Tour or choose to type in another link to a virtual tour.
Announcement Message
Each Announcement Type comes with a pre-written message
to make sending Announcements quicker for you. However,
you can easily modify the message. Plus, you can save any new
announcement message as a template for future
announcements.

Listing Announcement:
This Announcement is great for
notifying the world, or at least the Contacts in
your TMS Contact Manager, that you have a new
listing on the market.

for quickly telling people that the listing price
for a property has been lowered.
